The credentials for the inverter should have been provided by the person who installed it. Please check the documents you received when you purchased the system. If the credentials cannot be obtained, we will reset the system to its original state and generate new access credentials for you and for remote monitoring.

Given access to an app and enough time monitoring the system, you can partially assess its performance. However, we have automated the process of monitoring your system’s operation. Also, we compare your system’s performance with other systems installed in Cyprus under similar conditions, and we detect if your system starts underperforming. We take immediate action when a fault is detected and also conduct preventive maintenance.
